Shipping

Balishoes currently ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping costs $9.00 USD for orders below $200.00 USD.

Orders of $200.00 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Order processing normally takes 1-2 business days.

Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is 4-7 business days.

The order cutoff time is 1:00 PM GMT-05:00.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests are accepted within 35 calendar days from delivery of the last item in the order.

For customer-preference returns, the customer provides and pays for return shipping.

The current restocking fee is 0%.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Balishoes processes approved refunds within 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
