Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not qualify for approval.

Return Conditions

  • Include proof of purchase or a valid Balishoes order number.

Items that do not satisfy these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at support@balishoes.shop to request return authorization.

Please do not return merchandise to our business address.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions along with the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the issue was caused by Balishoes

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If your request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.

If you are returning an item by choice

If you decide to return an eligible item because you changed your mind or no longer wish to keep it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The original shipping charge of $15.00 USD is not refundable.

Restocking Fee

Balishoes does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Footwear that has been worn outdoors or shows visible signs of uses, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or tags.
  • Products showing damage caused by misuse or improper care.
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period.
  • Gift cards, if offered by Balishoes.

Refund Process

Returned merchandise is inspected after it arrives at our returns facility.

Once the inspection has been completed, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Lost Return Shipments

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking when returning merchandise.

Balishoes cannot accept responsibility for return shipments that cannot be verified because tracking information is unavailable.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused for reasons unrelated to carrier error, shipping damage, or a mistake on our part, the original shipping charge of $15.00 USD and any carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received within 2 hours of placing an order will be reviewed whenever possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.
